Help can this mean i might get fired?

i been working a a cashier/ barista in starbucks for almost seven months now i really had never made many big mistakes on the job besides one time my till been 20 dollars short and that was last december when my old store manager was still there, and even though i struggle at the beginning working at my store i proved to my manager that i was a good employee the problem is that my old store manager got promoted to a corporate position on march and we got a new manager and even though she seemed really nice when i first meet her, but then i had to work a closing shift on a thursday with her and i really didn't have my best performance that night since i work as a closer at starbucks then that saturday which i was also working and also a new employee she has just hired was working too and since she was new i umed that i was going to work the bar that night and she the register but in fact she was going to close the bar that night and i the register as i usually do but the shift supervisor think it was the right thing for me to do because i was the more experienced barista, however the mid day **** supervisor aka the whistle blower didn't like this and then the next day on sunday my manager and him call me in to have a chat with her and the whistle blower in the office and they said that i wasn't in trouble but she told me that she wanted all here staff to be in the same level and that when i came in things got a chaotic which i didn't think it was true but also is hard to keep everything under control at a high volume store when the weekends are the busiests days well after that talk i went back to work and then the tuesday after before i started my shift the istant manager of the store had another chat with me and basically made me sign a corrective conduct agreement in which said what the new manager was complaning about i was shocked when she said on the paper that i let customers go unsatisfied, that i didn't know about our promotions and products and also that i didn't know about my tasks which in fact i know what i have to do and are the job requirements and most of my regulars at night would say that im good employee since i always remember their orders, greet them with respect and try to make lil small talk about their daily lives well after signing the corrective form the itan manager said that we were going to have another chat in a month and since i signed the paper on april 12 then may 12 we are supposed to have a chat last week she started training two new baristas which are still learning the basics about the job i tried to sho her i care about the job by helping and instructing the new baristas which the task to do on the job also since i had amid day shift that day i tried to keep the store as clean as possible for when she came in and i tried to work faster and efficiently and i told her that i really care a lot about the job and the company well today when i came in to work i saw my schedule for next week and i saw that im only working 16 hours while the new employees are working 37 and 36 this really worries me and it makes me things i might get fired since ever since i started working at starbucks the lowest amounts of hours i ever had has been 25 hours im trying to think what the best solution is if to see if the manager of a nearby store can work a trasnfer or talk to her and find out if im definitely getting fired so i can start looking for another job? help im worried since im also a spre in college and this job helps me pay some of my college expenses
