Why does it hurt my lower abdomen when we have ?

i dont mean to sound gruesome or graphic, but why does it hurt my lower abdomen if he starts getting rough with the ? im worried that he might be hurting something.

Should i ask out my best friend(he is a guy)know each other for 10 years.?

well we have been friends since J.K and now were in grade 8 (that's ten years) we were 3 when we met, now were both 13, and i have ALWAYS been friends, but just last year we became BEST FRIENDS. and the thing bout this is that, every time i talked to him or chilled i liked him, well this is where it all started, we were talking on msn...and he said he was sad cuz he never kissed a girl, blah blah blah he said he had 1 close girlfriend who he wouldn't be scared to kiss, and he wouldn't tell me who he tells me (EVERYTHING) and then a week later he told me it was me...but before he told me a got three hint of who it was Pretty, smart, good at sports, and the i got 1 more, would you go out with her if she asked? he said yes..then he told me...then he asked if i had a close guy friend...i told him it was him..but nothing happened still just friends. then he asked who i liked and i couldn't tell him cuz it would get all awkward..so he played "what you dont trust me"and what am i not worthy enough " friend cards so i had to tell him, so now he knows i like him and we still talked and he was still my bffl, and he was still giving me advice like "fallow your heart and i will always be here for you" then he stopped and now he is like avoiding me, all my friends say i should just ask him out..and take a chance...should i...there are pictures of him on my profile and me..not together tho..he bbreak dancestoo..and he gave me the confidence to go scene..also i think i am in love with him..i knows im young but its been 10 years of going crazy over him..well should i ask him out?

What do i do i dont understand myself?

well i was a realaship with this guy but it didnt work out i broke up with him for some good reasons but i was so in love with this guy but now 4 months later im single still an i feel lonley an sad an when any thing good comes to me i just leg go an dont ever try to get with the guy i mean many guys wanna be with but for some reason i dont commit an actully have a relasionship with them i even some times go on a date an kiss the guy an like them but i jus dont stay commited i jus feel sad what do ido ?

Go to Opatija to enjoy a really nice old health resort and walk the 12km long beach walk and the Adriatic sea is just amazing. For party you have to go to either Porec or Pula.

How to get this friend back?

We were at the same school, but then i moved far away, went to a new school. He still cared about me,even when i couldn't come. I moved again, this time not far away form the city he lives. I went to a new school, and started to be an outcast. Every weekend i took my bike and went to him. I told him i was an outcast in my new school and i met his friend. Things went that way until he did like he's having a quarrel with that friend while he wasn't. He did that to make a quarrel between me and that friend. When i found that out, i teamed up with that friend to take revenge. Then i lost contact with him and "that friend" and he are again friends. THey blocked me on Facebook and such sites, on msn i deleted their e mails out of my list but they didn't blocked me.

I also say: ask him ...but try to tell him normally calm and chilling [conversational mood] ... like that what ever reaction you get from him will not be dromatic ... and don't tell him when his friends are around, at that age {13-16 even 19 & 20} that's a big no no ... he might be laugh at and maybe embared... so catch him when he's not doing anything intrest or whatever with his friends.... (YOU ARE YOUNG) ...but it doesn't mean you can't ask him... it only means that you should talk to your mother or big sister about it so everyone plays by the rules...and one thing if this guy says yes ...don't go nuts keep it cool and don't make him your Lord and Saviour...
