If I make a cl tee shirt for my cl using the pacman character, is it possible for me to get sued ?

I designed a cl tee shirt for my cl and my theme is pacman. I doubt that I would, but is it POSSIBLE for me to get sued since the pacman character is copyrighted, licensed character.
