I have been in so much pain with neck and back of my head?

So can you tell me if this was wrong to do. I went to a doctor. Then they sent me to a specialist then the specialist sent me to therapy. Anyways I have been in pain since therapy. Kaiser e-mailed me saying I had arthritis setting in. but no other answers for me. so I cant sleep and pain is bad. so today I phoned and left message for both doctors. now i feel bad because I don't want the doctors to think i'm a baby but i need to get to the bottom of this was it wrong that i phoned them or should i have waited for my therapy appointment again you tell me thanks
