Fantasy football trade question?

Okay, I have four good running backs; Marion Barber, Michael Turner, Cedric Benson, and Steven Jackson. My starting tight end, Owen Daniels, just went down with a torn ACL. His backup is an unproductive Kellen Winslow and an injured Jermichael Finley. Another team in my league has proposed a trade, Marion Barber for Jeremy Shockey. Should I accept the trade?
