My stomach feels awful and I've just thrown up bile, what can help?

My stomach felt bad yesterday..like it was so full it was gonna explode. And now today I've woke up and feel awful...it's so painful. I threw up but it was only yellowy bile, not food..and then I threw up again but nothing came out. I still feel like I've got lots of acid maybe left.
