Should I learn Piano, Cello, Violin, or Harp?

I like sad music. And I've always wanted to take up an instrument. One of my idols is Kanon Wakeshima she is a cellist which is what fist got me into it. But a lot of people tell me I should try Violin first, and Harp is so pretty and unique. And a piano is something that you can do a lot with. So I want to know what's your favorite, why you like it best. And which one would be best for a 13 year old teenager girl who doesn't have that much money? Please and thank you! (:
