Balancing work and school...any suggestions?

I been working @ a place for abt year...hours n kinda crazy so I never have time for school...thinking abt puttin 2wks notice in 2mar to focus more on school..have money saved plus I'm married and my husband understands being that he's made it to the top of his career... Or I may jus look for another job where I can still focus on school witout crazy hours...anyone ever been n dis situation before...btw my job has nun to do wit my career so I take it that's y I'm ready to let my job go....will love to knw the pros n cons to dis siuation
