Petition how to get it started?

so im wanting to get a petition started for people i know to sign...for my daughter to beable to see her dad again becuse dhs is not letting her see him and its really sad/frustrating because we are both her parents ,because i got in trouble with him and they think i got charged certain things because of him and i didnt even get convicted and nothing is on my record :(. so how can i start this petition and get it going because i got one week to do this..? suggestions?
