Should I tell a girl who likes me to "give me a kiss" or should I say it a different way?

This girl most likely likes me. By the way she acts I think that she waits for the men to ask the big questions and she will never do it herself. She is not shy, she just won't come aggressively cuz she's kind of independent. 9/10 she will kiss me, but I'm the 1 who has to start it off somehow
