Speech help for cl election in high school?

Hi i'm running for cl secretary and am new at the school. I need a speech that will captivate the audience so that i will win and get a standing ovation. Can you please help me by giving examples from famous people in history like actors or dictators or politicians like Kennedy and Reagan.
