How many "I am sorry" can be BELIEVED or accepted?" What does it mean to have so many racial slurs, lately"?

Oh I apologize? We are getting lots of racial slurs, lately and then apologies; is it to remind minorities that racism is alive and strong, though covert? Can one believe an apology is sincere when college girls stuff pillows behind their s micmicking blk women and the guys drink bagged malt beer then paint their faces black, on MLK DAY? "Oh, we meant no harm," they said; SOME white students say they do not believe the parties were held to offend blacks, 1 campus, organizers issued an UNSIGNED letter of apology, AFTER slurs were publicized. WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE of these acts, other than to show disdain for blacks? Congressman BIDEN said, "I meant no harm in saying OBAMA WAS ARTICULATE!" Did that mean that OBAMA doesn't say dis N dat &" he's CLEAN," his skin is not 2 dark and he doesn't smell or dress with polka dot ties like Amos n Andy, or oversize pants like rappers? Clearly, stereotyping IS in his comments. Would he say that about Hillary, or other White candidates??
